About our products

We print custom inserts and fit them into blank poker chips. Each chip is 40 mm with a 27 mm printed insert. Chips are sold in multiples of 25, minimum 25.

Ordering & pricing

Prices are shown per chip and depend on the quantity ordered. UK postage is added at checkout. The total you pay is confirmed before you complete payment.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout via PayPal (card or PayPal balance).

Proofing

The live preview in our designer is your proof — we print exactly what you see. Please check spelling, colours and positioning carefully before ordering.

Production & delivery

We print and post from the UK. We aim to dispatch orders within [X] working days; delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns

As every order is custom-made to your design, orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or differs from the approved preview. If something is wrong, please contact us within 7 days and we will put it right.

Your content

You are responsible for the content you supply (spelling and any images you upload), and confirm you have the right to use it. We are not liable for errors in content you provide.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
