What size are the chips and the printed insert?
Each casino-grade chip is 40 mm across, with a 27 mm printed insert in the very centre — exactly what you create in the designer.
What is the minimum order?
You can order from just 25 chips, in multiples of 25 (25, 50, 75 and so on). You can mix as many different designs as you like in a single order. Due to our printing process, there is a minimum order of 25 per colour.
How do I create my design?
Use our online designer: choose a chip colour, add text, a value and your own images, then drag everything into place. The live preview is exactly what we print.
How long does delivery take?
We print and post from the UK. Most orders are dispatched within a few working days, and you will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by PayPal — pay with your PayPal balance or any debit/credit card. We never see your card details.
Will I get a proof before you print?
The live preview is your proof: we print precisely what is shown, so please double-check spelling, colours and positioning before ordering. If you are unsure, get in touch via our contact page first.
What material are the chips made from?
The chips are made from a genuine clay material. We only use the highest quality chips.
How much do the chips weigh?
Our chips are 100% clay and weigh around 10 grams. This is the weight of professional poker chips. Chips that weigh more than this are plastic chips with a metal insert; this type of chip is best avoided for the best experience with both feel and sound.
What kind of printer do you use?
We use Canon Pro series printers. These offer the highest possible print quality that is currently available. We print directly onto a vinyl material and then use a textured laminate on the surface.
Once printing and laminating are complete, we die-cut the print to the exact size of the chip opening.
What is your returns policy?
This is a custom-made product, so returns are not accepted. However, if there are any quality control issues or faults, we will happily replace any chips.
